Description

This photo, one of a numbered series of 10, was taken on a wild horse preserve in South Dakota. There, the non profit "IRAM", has sufficent acerage to allow 600 mustangs (from the BLM and Native American sources), plus other wild horses, to live out their life on the freedom of a huge range. They are cared for when hurt, fed and watered if food is scarce or there is drought, and allowed to be just horses. I have put out some materials about them in the event you are interested.

I have been there twice now and the peacefulness of just walking amongst their bands is impossible to describe. This particular photo was taken the first year I was there, at the crack of dawn. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

This 8/12' x 11' print is matted and framed to 12 1/2' x 16'. It is printed on professional paper (guarenteed not to fade if not hung in direct sunlight for 100 years) and printed on a professional 8 ink system printer to bring out the best in the colors.
