Redmond’s blown glass studio offers both admirers of blown glass as well as artists themselves a unique collaborative experience. Whether you are interested in trying a new class, need a creative way for a team to build cohesion or are looking for a one-of-a-kind art piece for your home, Redmond School of Glass can help. In this case, they have generously donated not a 1, but a 2 person gift certificate to learn to make you own bowl. I have done this before and it is a blast, both fun and heat wise. Think beforehand what colors you want as they have many lovely shades and mixes.

There are some requirements on the certificate: older than 13, closed toe shoes, etc., so please read through it before bidding, but the certificate never expires. You just need to make a reservation. The class schedules are posted on their web site to make it easy.

The class will last about two hours, so be prepared to be pretty warm, but also to make a unique creation.
