All items are sold on an “as is, where is” basis.  
PEBCC makes no warranties or claims as to the condition of the item or the accuracy of the item’s description.  It is assumed that the prospective bidders have taken the responsibility for inspecting the online auction items prior to bidding and are aware of the quality and value of the item bid on and ultimately purchased.  PEBCC retains the right to withdraw any item at any time before or during the online auction.  All online auction items must be paid for upon conclusion of the online auction period. 
All sales are final.  PEBCC is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.
