Freeport Yoga Company is a community sanctuary. A place where you will feel welcomed and at ease the moment you arrive. Our wide array of offerings are taught by compassionate, highly qualified instructors, and our smaller studio is the perfect setting for a rich experience with personal attention. Our open schedule class offerings include Vinyasa (all levels), Yin Yoga, Fundamentals, Gentle, Yin/Yang and Intermediate classes.  We also offer specialty classes for athletes, workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats.
