Looking to run properly and efficiently?

Runner's Assessement

Whether or not you run 5 miles a week or 50, it is important to have proper running mechanics.  Poor mechanics not only cause decreasing efficiency but can lead to injuries.

This assessement will inlude a complete analysis of gait, running and skeletal dynamics including: musculoskeletal, structural and mechanical examination.

The asssesment includes:

1. Thorough musculoskeletal examination is performed to determine if there are structural dysfunctions, muscular weakness/tightness or injury conditions occurring.

2. Digital and thermal assessment of the feet to take a look at the status of the arches and other food mechanics.

3. Video assessment of the person running to examine gait, stride and overall form.

4. If needed, clinical guidance on how to address the findings of the assessment.
