19530 International Blvd Ste 102 in the 'Shores' building- down the hall from Alaska Airlines Credit Union. Across the street from Horizon Air Corporate in The Shores Building.

Only one email is required to receive your item/items, we have your receipts with all your winnings. Thank you!

COMAT: Send your comail information after you receive your winning items receipt when the auction closes at 8p.

Items can be sent to you via Alaska/Horizon Air comat with a current mailcode/comail address, please send your name, phone # and comail address to: EAFAuction@alaskaair.com   IF YOU ARE A LOCAL OF THE SEATTLE AREA, PLEASE COME AND PICK UP YOUR ITEMS SO THE MAILROOM DOESN'T GET OVERWHELMED. 

Non-employees contact eafauction@alaskaair.com for instructions on how to receive your winnings. If you want to use USPS, we ask for reimbursement of the cost to mail. We can send your items through Alaska/Horizon Cargo, where you would have to go and pick up with no cost to you.

Items will be shipped out in the order of the emails, Please be patient, we will be packing and shipping as fast as we can.

We had over 800 winners last year to mail out, about the same this year.

 

 Bid Retraction

FYI - If you request a bid retraction to close to the closing time of your item, it may not be enough time to have biddingforgood remove the bid.
