The overall purpose of the Catalina Island Medical Center Foundation is the facilitation of quality healthcare on Catalina Island, located off the coast of Los Angeles.  The Foundation raises funds to support our only island hospital, a 12-bed rural designated hospital that serves 4,500 permanent residents and more than 1,000,000 visitors annually.

The Foundation is raising funds to support the building of a new hospital on Catalina Island prior to 2030 to meet the State of California Seismic requirements.  Your support of the online auction will help us attain our goal. One-third of the funds raised at An Evening with Oscar will be placed in the Dr. Robert Staff account to be used for the hospital replacement project.
