Auction Welcome & Overview-
Welcome to The Kennebunk Land Trust (KLT) auction website! KLT is going "green", paperless, for our largest fundraiser of the year. What does this mean? It means we are utilizing mobile/online bidding for the auction. We are opening bidding both before the night of the event and utilizing mobile bidding at the event.
This site will act as the hub for all things auction! It will allow you to register to bid online, order auction event tickets, directly bid on items, donate items, and view our auction sponsors.
Our transition to mobile bidding won't change the fact that the night of the auction,Friday, May 4th, will be a fun and festive Derby-themed event so please order your auction tickets today by selecting the "Order Tickets" button under the "Live Event" section of this website. You don't want to miss this fun night out with old and new friends...and live music from The Dock Squares!
How will Bidding Work?
Bidding Prior To Auction Night-
Bidding prior to the night of the event will take place online. Visit this auction website using your computer, phone, tablet, or other mobile device to place your bids! Online bidding will open on April 27, 2018. We have a plethora of fun and unique items to bid on to raise money for our organization and support our mission of conserving and stewarding land for the benefit of both natural and human communities.
Auction Night Bidding-
We are reserving some items as available only the night of the event. Outdoor Recreational gear, trips, and other fun donations reflect just a few items that are exclusively available the auction night. Bidding the night of the event will require a mobile device such as a smart phone or tablet. If you do not have a smart phone or tablet please contact 207-985-8734 in advance of the auction night so that we can make ready a device to loan you.
Dress attire: Kentucky Derby themed or business casual attire. Wear a favorite hat or bow tie!
To Donate An Auction Item-
The more items donated the more money we can raise, so we're asking for your help. Show your support by clicking on the "Donate Items" button to contribute to our catalog.Give a little and get a lot in return. Whether you have 1 item or 100 to contribute, your participation is an invaluable part of our fundraising efforts. By donating an item or service directly online, you'll be helping to raise money for our organization.
