Mrs. Winston had a love for fresh greens. When they first opened, she insisted they had to have a salad bar.  Recognizing that customers were becoming busier and in need of a healthy fast food option. The salad bar quickly became customer's favorite Salad Bar, earning the title of LA's Best Salad Bar by LA Magazine.
 

Food fads have come and gone in the three decades Mrs. Winston's has been in business. They have offered a Plant Based Cuisine from the very beginning, always focusing on the healthiest and freshest ingredients.  They specialize in bringing handcrafted salads, sandwiches, smoothies, juices, and delicious soups to our health-conscious community. Each of their menu items are made daily, and with love by our dedicated teams. 

There are four stores, including the newest location in downtown Los Angeles, which features a healthy taco bar with all homemade ingredients.
