Coached by NWC Head Football Coach Mike Lenz and other knowledgable coaching staff, this summer football camp will teach the fundamentals of football so that each player improves his/her skills. There will also be instruction in the proper techniques of flexibility, speed, agility, and strength training. This non-contact camp is beneficial to players of all skill levels.
