Please take a moment to read and understand the bidding rules before you start bidding.
By placing a bid on any item, you agree to the following Auction Rules:
- All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds on auction items will be permitted. Everything is sold “as-is”. Please read item descriptions, restrictions, and limitations for each item on which you bid. Payments are made directly through the auction site.
- All values are estimates only, and are not warranted by the School for tax purposes or general use.
- Bidders accept minimum bids and bidding increments as assigned within the BiddingforGood platform. Select items may have a minimum winning price, beyond the opening bid, which if not met, will mean the item is a "no-sale" and will not be awarded. Bidders will not be charged for no-sale items.
- Winning bidders must present a copy of their emailed receipt at item pick-up. Pick-up date, time and details to be announced, however all items must be claimed IN PERSON by 12:00pm on November 27.
- The buyer waives any claims for liability against the School or the donor of the item or service, and neither the School nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of items or services sold.
- The buyer waives any claims or liability against the School or the donor or BiddingforGood for any technical difficulties arising during the course of the auction that may affect final winning outcome.
- In the event of any dispute, a designated representative of the Auction Committee has the sole and final discretion to determine the winning bid or outcome.
- By setting up an Account on the BiddingforGood platform, and placing a bid on a item, bidder accepts these auction rules.
- Photographs shown with items may be representational.
- The Raffle drawing will take place Tuesday, November 19, 2019. Winner will be drawn at random by Dr. Schorr and notified at that time.
