You will recieve a confirmation email for each item you were the highest bidder on and have won by Friday, December 13th! At that time, the winning bidder and SONH can figure out what’s the best way to get the item(s) delivered – shipping or dropping off. The three options will be:

1. If you are located in NH: SONH staff/volunteers will be delivering larger items on Tuesday, December 17th and Wednesday, December 18th.  We will confirm the delivery location, delivery to who, delivery day/time, and if the item should be covered if it’s a holiday surprise. Smaller items (i.e. gift card, tickets, etc.) will be mailed with insurance for $5. Shipping cost for larger items requiring shipping will be determined on size and value. We will contact you prior to shipping regarding costs. 2. If you are Out-of-State and require shipping: SONH plans to ship items beginning Monday, December 16th.  We plan to ship in flat-rate boxes as much as possible.  We will contact you prior to shipping regarding shipping costs.  Please email Ryan at RyanG@sonh.org to discuss further and with any special instructions.
3. If you are local and wish to pick up at SONH: Items will be available for pick-up at the SONH office starting on Monday, December 16th.  Please email Ryan at RyanG@sonh.org to discuss and confirm pick-up day/time.
