All proceeds of our auction will provide funding for programs that will improve the educational and spiritual experiences of our students and provide for our financial assistance fund.

PLEASE NOTE: UPDATE - Due to closures at our Early Learning Center related to COVID-19, winning items will NOT be able to be picked up or mailed until further notice. Once we have a better sense of our timeline, we will notify the winners by email. Thank you for your patience and we appreciate your support! Bidding ends at 10:00 p.m., Friday, March 20.

Please Note:

All auction items are sold “as is,” and all sales are final and non-refundable. A bid on an item constitutes a binding agreement to purchase the item. 

All items categorized as “TBA Only Items!!” may only be purchased by members of the Temple Beth Avodah community. “TBA Only Items!!” are non-refundable but can be transferred to another member of the Temple Beth Avodah community if authorized by the event donor.
 
For a “Highest Bid Wins” item, the highest bidder will be the winner of the item, at which time an email will be sent to the email address on file with Bidding For Good. This will be your only receipt.
 
When you bid on a “Buy it Now” item, you are purchasing the item in the moment you make the bid. It is the same as making a purchase at an online merchant site, even though it is called a bid. When your purchase is processed, a confirmation will be sent to the email on file with Bidding For Good. This will be your only receipt.

Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the purchase is between the donor and the winning bidder. The Temple Beth Avodah Auction Committee recommends you review the value, uses, restrictions, and expiration dates before bidding to avoid disappointment. Please bid carefully.

Temple Beth Avodah cannot guarantee your purchases and accepts no liability or responsibility for any auction purchase, including but not limited to failure of delivery, performance, and/or claims for personal injury.

Temple Beth Avodah would like to limit expenses related to the auction. If you have an account with the Temple, please send us an email at auction@bethavodah.org so that we can bill your account instead of incurring processing fees.
