Items out of the Albuquerque area will be shipped to you if you are the lucky bidder.  We would appreciate you covering the cost of shipping, but it is not necessary.

If you live in the Albuquerque area, items can be picked up on April 6th between 9:30 am - 10:30 am or 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm.   Appointments can also be made for pick up or delivery by emailing boardchair@ymcacnm.org

Make Your Bid to Support the YMCA of Central New Mexico

Now is your chance to not only get all the great items you want but to do it knowing you are helping support our organization and mission. 

At the YMCA of Central New Mexico, we believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together to invest in our kids, our health, and our neighbors.  Strengthening our Central New Mexico community is our cause.  Every day, we work to nurture the potential of kids, promote healthy living, and foster a sense of social responsibility. 

2020 brought the YMCA of Central New Mexico many challenges, as we tried to navigate and pivot our way through the pandemic, the only way that we survived was through the gracious donors of the YMCA.  We were forced to close our facilities, eliminate many classes, and cancel our Camp Shaver summer camp.  Though all our challenges we were able to provide $190,000.00 in financial aid to those in most need.  We were able to provide 101+ community members with Thanksgiving Meals, we were able to provide daycare for front-line and first responders. We were also able to provide distance learning centers for working parents.

Funds raised during this event will help us to rebuild and grow.  It will be another challenging year for the YMCA of Central New Mexico, but with your help, we can help families afford Early Learning and Preschool, ensuring their child’s success; scholarships to Camp Shaver in the Jemez Mountains, so that no child is turned away due to financial need; help a family join the Y and grow stronger together; provide meals and snacks to children in our programs and empower adults to make lasting lifestyle changes. 

 

Item delivery details: You won an item. Now what?

Electronic items - We will send it to you via email.

Small items - For gift certificates and other small items, we will mail it to you via USPS.

Fragile/heavy/valuable/large items - Our auction manager will reach out to the winning bidder directly to coordinate a time for pick-up or delivery.

In order to keep costs to a minimum, we would prefer that these fragile/heavy/valuable/large items be collected by the winner. We can offer scheduled pick-up times from our Horn Branch at 4901 Indian School Rd NE. If needed, we will coordinate with the winner to arrange an appropriate delivery method.
