Vanessa Caballero exited (graduated) from Waimea Middle School's 8th Grade this past May and is now in 9th grade discovering the excitement and challenges of high school!  We know she loves creating artwork and asked her to consider painting something for this auction - and here it is! 

Christmas Dream is a holiday scene with a sleigh loaded with a Christmas tree surrounded by a cluster of snow-covered trees with falling snow on a moonlit night.  It's magical, nostalgic and we think very special because of who Vanessa is.  Did we mention she was our Exiting 8th Grade Class Valedictorian?! 

In case you don't know, this past summer Vanessa and a friend were asked by Principal Janice English to create a wall mural in a very prominent location on campus to remind everyone about the importance of KINDNESS - Be The I In Kind!  See picture here...it's a great place to come take a photo too!  

She is making her family and our school very proud and we wish her the very best!
