This prized local beef is dry-aged right here in Hawaii for unparalleled flavor and tenderness.  Never given antibiotics or added hormones.  Each case will include a variety of cuts including about 10# of ground beef. 

Produced through a partnership of Parker Ranch and the Ulupono Initiative, this beef can be found in all Hawaii Safeway Stores and on menus throughout the island.
