Sandwich Isle Bread Company - After 20 years and 2.5 million hotel dinner rolls, Chef Kevin Cabrera wanted to get back to crafting artisanal breads that were more satisfying to bake, and for people who love a loaf of fresh-baked bread on the table.  He also wanted to be able to get this kind of bread to all those who had never had bread that wasn’t from a plastic bag bought at the grocery store. Making good bread was his top priority.  Chef Kevin is completely devoted to baking all of his breads with traditional methods. A variety of his artisan breads will be available at Sandwich Isle Bakery in Waimea, with a limited selection at Waimea Town Market on Saturday mornings on Parker School grounds. 

Chef Kay Cabrera has a reputation as one of the best pastry chefs on this entire island!  Every creation is handmade from scratch and includes luscious cakes and pies, tarts, cookies, biscotti, danishes, croissants, mini and large pastries and holiday treats.  Special orders available!
