This piece is in pristine condition. An oval of amethyst is central to the pendant, surrounded on its sides by rows of four small garnet ovals, with a round carnelian stone at top and bottom.  The back piece, actually a separate piece joined to the front at the base by hinge, is sterling silver featuring a complex filigree style. Pendant is hung on a lovely silver twisted rope chain, clasp marked sterling. 

Details: Pendant 1" wide x 1 3/8" tall.  Amethyst measures 1/4" x 1/2"; eight garnets measure 1/8" x 1/4"; carnelian stones are 1/4" rounds. Chain measures 19".
