Thanks for supporting our Silent Auction and the HSS PTO!
Please join us in the "Party Room" in the roller skating area at Funway. You'll see our almost 200 baskets and silent auction items! These have all been generously donated by local businesses, our Harrison families and supporters. We are so grateful! This is our largest fundraiser of the year so we encourage you to be generous!
For your planning (extra details are below):
- 10-11:30am: Silent Auction is open for bidding! You may bid on your phone or computer.
- 11:40am: Prize pick up begins. Winners must be present to claim their prize.
- 12-1pm: Clean up (please make sure you've captured your prizes by this time!) If you've signed up for a bowling slot from 11-12 you can just come grab your items right at noon- we'll have them waiting for you!
Our Silent Auction bidding begins at 10am. You can walk through the party room and see all of the fabulous prizes we have to bid on, or you can check them out on your phone! All bidding will take place on your phone or tablet and requires a credit card on file to bid. Once you're logged in, and have indicated your "favorite" silent auction items, you're free to go hang with your kids in Funway and monitor your silent auction bidding from anywhere in the building (or even out of the building!) There are options to manually monitor your items or even put "auto bids" in to bring you up to a maximum desired bid.
Bidding will close at 11:30am and is system driven (i.e.- it shuts off the second it turns 11:30am!)
We need about 5-10 minutes to process our winners and then pick up will happen around 11:40am in the Party Room. Since a credit card is on file to bid, check out is usually pretty quick- it just involves our volunteers grabbing your prizes. Thanks in advance for your patience with this process!
Winners must be present to collect prizes unless you win something that does not require a physical prize (like an experience with a teacher).
It's not as complicated as it sounds, we promise...and we'll have lots of volunteers and signage available to help you log in and get bidding!
