Did you know… one in ten children experience dyslexia and related learning differences? Many of these students cannot thrive in traditional school settings and require smaller class sizes, highly trained teachers and hands-on, multi-sensory learning environments to succeed. 

The Summit School, located in Anne Arundel County Maryland, is the only school in our area that exclusively serves students with dyslexia and related learning differences. At Summit, we believe every student should have the opportunity to reach their full learning potential. 

Many students come to Summit feeling frustrated, defeated and completely checked out from school. The supportive environment of The Summit School gives children a soft place to land so they can learn and grow. By the time students graduate, they are confident, self-advocating, and successful students!
