Information regarding your auction item(s):

• All items must be claimed by Friday, January 12th, 2024. Please contact Nenia Ballard at nballard@vinsweb.org to make arrangements to claim your item. If you need additional time to pick-up your item, you must contact nballard@vinsweb.org to make arrangements before January 12th.                                              
• Items can be shipped for an additional fee. You must email nballard@vinsweb.org to coordinate your shipment at the end of the auction. Allow 14 days for processing.                                              
• Some items require pick-up from the VINS Nature Center. This is noted in the item's description. Alcoholic items must be picked up by a person 21 years old or older.                                                          
• Most tax receipts will be issued to those who have donated items to the auction, not the winners (unless they purchase a "Fund a Need" item).
