Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi 2024 Fall Festival Silent Auction is OPEN!.
We are very excited to announce our Saints Francis and Clare Silent Auction will open on Wednesday September 25 at 8:00 am. The Auction will close on Saturday September 28th at 8:00 pm.
We ask everyone to please take a moment and check the status of your credit card on the "Bidding for Good" website. If your credit card number has changed or maybe the expiration date needs to be updated, please make that correction now. If you do not, it will probably extend your check out time by at least an hour.
Pick up times for the Winners!
Saturday night at 8:00 pm you will be notified by text or email if you are a winner. At 8:15 pm please come to the Gubbio Gym to pick up your items and take them home. Please be prepared with help if you have multiple baskets to pick up. At 10 pm that evening we have to move ALL remaining baskets into the Church for Security reasons. We will again hand out items between the Masses on Sunday September 29th until we close at 1pm. After this you will have to make arrangements with Mary McCarthy via email at mmccarthy@ss-fc.org to pick up your items.
