STilL 630 - Indomitable Spirits of St. Louis

One of the newest distilleries to open in St. Louis (and almost under the Arch), STilL 630 actually takes it's name from St. Louis (the "St" and the "L") and 630' is the height of the Arch. 

Inside we have six sample bottles:  Rally Point (Straight Rye Whiskey), Volstead's Folly (American Gin), Knowledge of Good (Apple Brandy), S.S. Sorghum (Straight Whiskey), Expedition Rum and Big Jake (Whiskey with natural flavors).  On the front we poised a flask with their logo. 

 After tasting these samples consider driving the 3 hours to St. Louis and look them up... we have and they were VERY generous with there sample pours that day.
