MS StandUp holds an annual StandUp comedy benefit at the Gotham Comedy Club to support MS research we consider especially promising. We were able to donate $35,000 in 2024 to support the research of Dr. Jenni Linden at the Judith Jaffe Weill Cornell MS & Research Center. She developed a simple blood test that can  determine which available therapies would be the most successful for the particular patient. Previously, the only way to get this information was from an autopsy. The researchers at Weill-Cornell believe that this test can be used for brain diseases other than MS as well.
