Who Are We?
We are Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to advocating for abused and neglected children in Southeast Mississippi. CASA brings together passionate individuals from all walks of life who believe that every child deserves dignity, safe and the opportunity to thrive within a loving family.
Sadly, too many children age out of foster care without finding their forever family, leaving them without a support system or the essential life skills needed to succeed.
With the guidance of a trained CASA volunteer, these children are:
• 50% less likely to remain in the foster care system
• Twice as likely to find a safe, permanent home
