Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

By participating in our auctions, all bidders acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes: Any bidder who successfully wins an auction item and subsequently disputes the charge with their financial institution on the grounds of fraud or an unauthorized transaction will be permanently banned from participating in future auctions.

Financial Liability: In the event of a chargeback or dispute, the bidder will be held financially liable for all associated losses incurred by the auction entity, including but not limited to the winning bid amount, processing fees, administrative costs, and any legal expenses necessary to recover the funds.

Accuracy of Representations: All auction items are truthfully and accurately represented. Bidders are encouraged to request any necessary clarifications before placing a bid. Once a bid is placed and an item is won, the transaction is considered final and binding.

Bidder Responsibility: Bidders are responsible for ensuring they have the intent and financial means to complete the purchase of any item on which they place a bid. Placing bids without the intent to purchase, or initiating disputes post-auction, disrupts auction operations and negatively impacts the organization.

Enforcement & Remedies: Any violations of this policy may result in permanent exclusion from future auctions, legal action, and collection efforts to recover any outstanding amounts.
