Details: Two (2) complimentary general admission tickets valid for one (1) year from the ticket date of issue (as stated on the Certificate). The recipient of the tickets may present the certificate at the gate access point for their admission to the Zoo.

TICKET RESTRICTIONS & DETAILS: Each ticket is good for a single day admission to
ZooTampa during normal operating hours. Some blockout dates and times apply. Not valid for separate ticketed events. These tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value, and cannot be resold.
UPON ARRIVAL: Please bypass the ticket windows and present printed voucher at the entrance.
HOURS OF OPERATION: Daily (except Thanksgiving and Christmas) from 9:30am –
5:00pm. The Zoo may close due to weather and other factors; please visit ZooTampa.org when planning your visit.
