You and 9 friends will enjoy a private GoRow class with GoRow instructor Garrett Roberts.
All classes incorporate collegiate rowing, sport specific week training to make you a stronger and more powerful rower and a significant amount of stretching/ yoga. Classes are 55 minutes and offered everyday from 6:00 a.m. till 7:30 at night. And for all levels! Any orthopedic concerns? Owner Garrett Roberts is also a physical therapist and can modify the workout and cater to whatever issue you might have.
