PICKING UP WINNING LOTS
If you have won auction lots from the LIVE or SILENT auctions you may pick them up at the Museum, from November 6th – 8th, 2024 from 10am – 5pm. Lots will not be ready for pick up any earlier than Thursday, November 6th at 10am.
If you would like to have your winning LIVE or SILENT lots shipped, call 508-222-2644 x13 starting Thursday, Nov 6th (10am – 5pm). Please note that the winning bidder is responsible for making all arrangements and covering all shipping and handling costs.
Purchased items that are not claimed within 14 days of Auction close will be forfeited, become property of the Museum, and no refund will be issued to the winner.
Winners of specialty items (experiences, vacations) that do not require pickup will be contacted by email with details by November 7th, 2025.
RESULTS
Results from the LIVE and SILENT auctions will be posted on the Museum's website by Thursday, November 6th at 5pm, EST.
No inquiries please, we will be validating and processing all sales as quickly as we can and will post the results asap. We appreciate your patience as we check for accuracy and secure all payments.
For security reasons, buyers of auction lots will not be disclosed.
LOTS THAT DID NOT SELL
Items that did not sell in the LIVE or SILENT auctions, it will automatically be placed in our online Post-Auction Sale.
This online sale offers buyers the chance to purchase the remaining lots at their opening bid. There is no back and forth bidding.
The Post-Auction Sale is only available online. Lots are not shown in the gallery.
The Post-Auction Sale will go live Thursday, November 6th at 10am, EST. It will close on Monday, November 10th, 5pm EST. It can be accessed through the Museum's website.
Purchases from the Post-Auction Sale can be picked up at the Museum from Wednesday, November 12th at 10am – Saturday, November 15th at 5pm.
