Tracy Korneffel is an artist and educator who loves exploring color and nature in her work. She believes art is a way to connect people and bring joy.
"Marigolds" is a painting done from observation of the artist's backyard garden. It was painted in slow drying acrylic and an exercise in restricted color, using only the color compliments of blue and orange, black, and white. The intention was to show the saturated warmth of the marigolds. The painting is set into a wood frame which creates a "shadow box" appearance that completes the work beautifully.

Final bidding will take place in-person during the LIVE AUCTION event on Saturday, November 1st. If you're unable to attend the live auction, you can leave a "high bid" amount online (no later than October 29th, 5pm EST) and the auctioneer will represent your bid during the live event.

Special Instructions
A note on bidding: Any high bid that does not follow the listed bidding increments will be nullified and voided.
The Bidding Increments are as follows:
$1-99, the bidding increment is $5
$100-199, the bidding increment is $10
$200-499, the bidding increment is $20
$500-999, the bidding increment is $50
$1000 and up, the bidding increment is $100
Items can be picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 6th – 8th, 2025. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. In-person pickup is preferred. If an item is to be shipped, the winning bidder is responsible for all shipping arrangements and handling costs. After arrangements have been made, items will be shipped no later than November 14th. Winners of specialty items that do not require pickup will be contacted with details by November 7th. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
