Christina Beecher is a longtime member and volunteer at the AAM holding a BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art. She is a full time painter and exhibits her work regionally. She is on the board at Galatea Fine Art and contributes to their exhibitions, mentorship and Artsy website committees. Christina has work currently on exhibit at the Audubon Magazine Beach Park Nature Center where she and other Galatea artists held community workshops bringing art and nature together.

"Meadowlands" may be a small painting, but the subject matter seems immense. As is typical of most of her work, Christina Beecher paints in oils with a tonal approach. A small pathway leads the viewer deep into this piece towards the horizon. Here, the trees line up against a lightly clouded sky. This is a subject matter that Beecher has explored countless times, and she feels most at home here.
