Alex Klas, Academician of Arts and Master of Arts, is a contemporary Californian expressionist artist. Over the years, he has developed his own method, and has students and followers. Alex is a multiple winner of international awards. He is a member of creative unions in the US, France, Germany, and Ukraine. He is the chairman of the jury of several international art awards and medals. His art is constantly published in different countries. Recent exhibitions include Carrousel du Louvre, Basel Biennale, Cannes Biennale, Riverside Art Museum, Crocker Art Museum Auction, Museum of Russian Culture, San Francisco, Hamptons Art Fair and World Art Dubai, among others.


Alex Klas is a painter with a background deeply rooted in the arts, influenced from childhood by a creative family and early exposure to cultural events. He embraces Expressionism, skillfully employing relief and glaze techniques while prioritizing the harmony of light and color to create works that feel musical in rhythm. His artworks strive to awaken spiritual feelings, aesthetic wonder, and new channels of expression in the viewer.

Special Instructions

A note on bidding: Any high bid that does not follow the listed bidding increments will be nullified and voided.


 The Bidding Increments are as follows:


    $1-99, the bidding increment is $5 


   $100-199, the bidding increment is $10


   $200-499, the bidding increment is $20 


   $500-999, the bidding increment is $50 


   $1000 and up, the bidding increment is $100


Items can be picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 6th – 8th, 2025. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. In-person pickup is preferred. If an item is to be shipped, the winning bidder is responsible for all shipping arrangements and handling costs. After arrangements have been made, items will be shipped no later than November 14th. Winners of specialty items that do not require pickup will be contacted with details by November 7th. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
