The auction will run from Sunday, September 20, 2025 to Monday, September 29, 2025. All proceeds generated from this auction will go towards helping Furnishing Hope continue its work providing furniture, home goods, moving, and set-up services, to families starting over after homelessness. Thanks to the donations from many generous businesses and individuals, we have a lot of great ways to have some spring fun and help local families at the same time!

Furnishing Hope of Massachusetts, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides furniture, home goods, moving and set up services to families transitioning from homeless and domestic violence shelters into stable housing. Since beginning our work in 2013, we've helped almost 900 Boston-area families create homes for themselves.
Your support will help us provide furniture, home goods, moving, and set-up services for families rebuilding their lives after homelessness. The need for our services is greater than ever—our deliveries increased by 50% in 2024, and referrals in 2025 have continued to grow.

Why is Furnishing Hope's work so important?
Approximately one third of Boston area families who transition to permanent housing from homeless and domestic violence shelters are still sleeping on the floor, don't have tables to eat on, lamps to read by, dressers to store their clothes in, couches to relax and cuddle on, pot and pans to cook with, months or even over a year after moving. These conditions are particularly hard on children who have already gone through extreme periods of instability and stress. Furnishing Hope, together with a network of community partners, is helping give these families a better chance as they work to rebuild their lives.
