Our Fall 2025 Auction Starts November 20th and ends December 9th, 2025.
The Bowman Post Group Foundation was founded by David and Jan Bowman and Andrew and Marisa Post. It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation to help hotel employees and their familes with educational and other expenses.
The foundation raises most of its funds by conducting online auctions of hotel room night gift certificates provided by hotel owners and operators, as well as gift certificates from hotel industry vendors and other generous donors.The foundation also welcomes cash contributons.
Money Back Guarantee on Many Room Night Certificates
Please check carefully. Some of the room night gift certificates in our auction are non-refundable and will state so in the "Item Special Note". Please make sure to review any restrictions on their use. Many are refundable. Refundable room night gift certificates will state "Subject to Availability" and "Black Out Dates Apply" but will also state that if you and the hotel cannot find an mutually acceptable time for you to use your room night certificate, please return it to the foundation for a refund of your bid.

Winning bidders are charged a fee of 9% for handling and to help cover auction & credit card fees.
