Each year,Champ hosts this tournament to make a positive impact in our community, whether it comes in the form of direction assistance to a family in need or in creating memorial funds in honor of those who have served our communities so well.

This year, the Corm and the Coach Tournament is being played in honor of Bill Kohlasch, a beloved member of our commmunity who recently passed away after a five year battle with Melanoma Cancer.

Bill worked as a teacher at Malletts Bay School for the last 16 years. He also spent his summers working for the Colchester Park and Rec Dept and as a coach with the Far Post Soccer Club. He will be deeply missed.

In raising funds to create a memorial fund in honor of Bill Kohlasch, we hope to assist his family and friends in keeping alive his memory of his involvement in the community and committment to youth programs and learning.
