Join Miss America 1995 Heather Whitestone McCallum, the only deaf woman ever crowned, for a night of excitement at Alltel Stadium. Heather will share her personal story of learning to speak as a child while being profoundly deaf, as well as how her Cochlear implant has changed her life.

OUR MISSION...
Clarke Jacksonville teaches deaf and hard-of-hearing children to listen and speak without the use of sign language. Children are taught speech and language skills necessary to mainstream into regular schools by second and third grade to learn along side their hearing peers.
