Join 33 year veteran 18th Century living history reenactor Jim Hayden as he takes you back through time to 1775 along the Historic Battle Road in Concord, Lincoln and Lexington, MA. The walk will follow the Minute Man NHP trail from Merriam's Corner in Concord, past the Bloody Angle, Hartwell Tavern and the Smith House to Fiske Hill in Lexington. The trail is a little over 5 miles long, and the pace will be leisurely, as you explore the layers of history and discover what happened there on April 19, 1775 through the eyes of one of the participants in the battle. You will need comfortable shoes, water and a packed lunch.
