The trip goes from Emerson's House to the summit along the route which I--your tour guide Bob Young--have determined to be that taken by Thoreau and Fuller. (Main St to Old Stow Road over to Parker Street and down to Rt 117. That goes to Bolton and over Wataquadoc Hill to Lancaster. On to Sterling, West Sterling, E. Princeton and the summit - 34 miles)
We would stop along the way at points of interest and walk, if desired, the last couple miles to the summit. Trip may be scheduled on Sat or Sunday only. Any time of year but best time might be in warmer months - Bidders choice.
I reside in Leominster and have been up Wachusett more times than I can remember over the last 15 years.
Winner will have a wonderful, educational, and never-before-available tour!
