A number of years ago, member Sam Wellman made up a bas relief of Thoreau for those who ordered one. It is a familiar bearded profile of Thoreau. The bronze portrait is 9" high and about 5 1/2 wide and is put on a 9" by 12" walnut plaque. The plaque has five deep, short mars in it. The value is at least $100, and an additional $8 will be needed for shipping.
