Thank you for helping us celebrate Co-op Month!

Thank you for your support for the co-op community!

Plan to join us next October for the 2nd Annual Co-op Art & Craft Auction!

The CDF Online Auction is now closed.  Thank you all for taking the time to point, click and bid.  Thanks to all who placed bids and congratulations to the high bidders.

A special thanks to the co-ops and their members who generously donated items for the catalog.  We promised them exposure to new audiences for their work and we know that we achieved that. We will continue to post contact information about these artists and their co-ops on the CDF website for the next 12 months.

We also could not have done this without our sponsors -- ncb, National Credit Union Foundation, The Cooperative Foundation, Cabot Cooperative Creamery and the National Cooperative Business Association.

Our intent was to celebrate Co-op Month -- October -- by showcasing the co-op art & craft community. In the past 3 weeks we have introduced you to artists and craftspeople who are members of 18 art & craft co-ops in the U.S. and 2 on the African continent.  We have told the stories of some of the co-ops and we have given you the opportunity to bid on the work of their members.

The bidding may be closed, but we will use the CDF website to continue to tell the stories of these co-ops and provide you with additional information about the co-op art & craft community. Check back at www.cdf.coop and continue to learn about the co-op art & craft community.

Funds raised from this auction support the Cooperative Development Foundation (CDF).  CDF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that promotes new cooperative development and greater public understanding of the role cooperatives play in communities and in the larger economy. Among CDFs's priorities are: scholarships for co-op leadership training; grants for new cooperative development projects; and loans for development of student and senior citizen cooperative housing projects. Proceeds from the auction will support CDF's work in these and other important areas. Learn more about CDF at www.cdf.coop.

Attention Winning Bidders: Please allow 10 days for us to process the auction results and begin delivering your items.
Once we have processed all the final bidding, we will notify the high bidders.  The items then will be shipped directly to the winning bidders from the artists or their co-ops once we provide them with the shipping information.  Anyone with post-auction questions should contact Liz Bailey at 202.383.5459 or ebailey@cdf.coop.
