Venice Music Festival and Palms Court Champagne Brunch September 17, 2006
Welcome to VCHC's annual fundraiser! As usual, the event will kick off at the beautiful Palms Court (733 Palms Boulevard in Venice), where brunch guests will begin their Sunday enjoying delicious fare prepared by Venice's own Off the Wall Catering. This Champagne Brunch is always sold out, so make your reservations early.

In celebration of the diversity of Venice that makes our community so special, this year's musical festival will once again have a World Music theme. Brunch attendees will enjoy the sounds of Billie Harris's rhythmic jazz while they dine and sip.

The Venice Music Festival will begin at 1:00 and continue until 6:00 in an expanded performance space around the Palms Court. Some of L.A.'s most exciting performers will create a festive atmosphere this year. We've booked an exciting line up that includes Venice's own Kwanza Jones, Los Angeles' premier Afrobeat ensemble AfroBeat Down, Argentinean rockers Los Pinguos, who will be sure to have the audience dancing- vivacious and infectious, the sound of Los Pinguos has claimed fans worldwide. Delicious food and beverages will be offered throughout the Venice Music Festival at bargain rates.

Champagne Brunch tickets are $100, which also includes admission to the Music Festival in the afternoon. A suggested donation of $20 is requested for the Music Festival only. To order tickets or for additional information call Kristen Laskaris at 310-399-4100 ext. 106.
