This French New Orleans-influenced restaurant is actually part of a chain of cafes founded by a World War II vet who loved French cooking and a certain wartime love named Mimi. While each Mimi's Cafe is a bit different from the rest, you'll still find French- and New Orleans-style decor, large portions, and extensive menus at every location.
