The Radio Wayne Silent Auction will take place during the Radio Advertising Bureau's (RAB) annual Sales, Management & Leadership Conference. This online auction allows you to preview and bid on the items before they are presented at the live event.

This auction honors the late "Radio Wayne" Cornils, the long-time Radio executive who worked at both the RAB and NAB (National Association of Broadcasters), who left us in 2000. Wayne taught all of us that you can achieve excellence in a gentle, caring way. So in his memory, the proceeds from this event will benefit his two favorite causes:
The Broadcaster's Foundation - a dedicated fund to provide financial assistance to Broadcasters who are in acute need.
The Roaring Fork Conservancy) - a fund used to better the environment for fly fishing in the Frying Pan River near Basalt, Colorado -- a place that Wayne loved to visit to communicate with nature while fly fishing.

In its first three years, the Radio Wayne Silent Auction has raised nearly $80,000 for the two charitable organizations.
