The winning bidder or his/her designee will be entitled to meet with Attorney Philip D. Murphy to review the individual's estate planning need. Attorney Murphy will then prepare a Simple WIll, General Durable Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy and supervise the execution of sufficient copies of these plan documents.
