Karate training builds self-confidence, self-discipline, and physical fitness. Your child will learn practical self-defense techniques with special emphasis on personal safety during this one month of karate lessons featuring 8 group lessons on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

6:45 - 7:30 10-14 yr. olds
