OPPD and the American Red Cross Heartland Chapter are proud to support the Energy Assistance Program (EAP), which helps people in need in our communities pay energy-related expenses.

In 2005, the EAP assisted more than 986 households, including many with elderly and disabled individuals who were experiencing severe financial difficulties. The success of the EAP depends entirely on voluntary, tax-deductible donations from people like you.
