Thank you to the people behind the scenes.

Once again we’re left with the impossible task of thanking everyone who contributed to the success of our Annual Auction. This event is only made possible by generous donors and the hard work and talents of the many volunteers here at Sacred Heart.  Special thanks go to:

Sister Bernadette for her support and Fr. Krempa for his trust.

Tina Spencer, who always manages to come up with something new to make the Auction fresh and fabulous -- and make it look easy while she's doing it.

Tammy Brzezinski, who brings energy, creativity, and delightful insanity to inspire the rest of us. (Thanks especially for importing family members to yell at during Auction week and sparing the rest of us!)

Wendy Scofield for giving our printed material a polished and professional look.

The Loyal Order of the Moose for again donating the use of their banquet hall and for dishing up a delicious endless buffet.

Fred Riley and Gary Clark for the Fred and Gary Show.

Susan Castiglia for creating the "Endless Buffet" and choosing the right beverages to set the Viva Las Vegas mood.

Patti Brown and Ute Mikus who re-created the Vegas Strip right in the Shenandoah Valley!

The golden tones of Robbie Limon who provided live music to bid by.

Joe Lewis, our trusty AV guy who also performed the added service of webmaster this year.

Sherry Riley who single-handedly coordinated all our dedicated phone callers and helped bring in hundreds of donations.

Julia Carty and Beth Louque who blanketed Winchester with the pick-up squad.

Maggie Lewis who somewhat cheerfully and very energetically cataloged and stored the treasures.

Bruce Boyle at Solid Woods for donating all the furniture that became the coveted class projects and Class Project Committee Chairs, Jeanette Barlow and Maureen McKenna, worked with the students and parent volunteers to craft ten pieces of wooden furniture into unique projects for each grade and bountiful baskets for the Silent Auction.

Martha Wolfe who created the auction “buzz” and contacted local media, wrote press releases, contacted parish groups and spread the word about our event.

Joel-Lynn McKeon for coordinating the invitations and reservations, seating and registration packets.

Daryl Puffinburger and Marlin Spencer who worked with our successful Auction Angel program to provide dedicated auction night volunteers to staff the event!

To all the bidders, buyers, donors, sponsors, and supporters. The children of Sacred Heart Academy thank you!

The Auction may be over, but the mission goes on.
Even though our auction has ended, our mission to provide an excellent Christ-centered education has not. We would greatly appreciate your continued support in terms of time, effort and funding, and will do our best to keep you up to date on future activities.
