The online portion of Buccaneer Gala is open, but closing soon  The auction will run from October 25, 2007, with the live event taking place on October 27, 2007.

Be gettin' yer tickets now for the October 27 Buccaneer Gala.  The fun begins at 5:30 p.m. with a social hour and silent auction at Dawson Community College's  Pirate's Cove (Toepke Center).  At 6:30 yer Carribbean gourmet dinner will be prepared by yer Captain's Master Chef, Garth Clingingsmith.  At 8:00 those scurvy dogs, the Buccaneer Players will entertain ye.  Bring plenty of gold for yer biddin' on the treasures presented by privateer, Rick Kniepkamp at 8:30.  Dance with yer maties to the tunes of those scalawags, the Xperts at 9:30.  

Tickets for the event are $80 which includes a $45 tax deductible donation.  Tickets are available at the Glendive Chamber of Commerce at 313 S. Merrill or call 406.377.5601 and at Dawson Community College at 800.821.8320 or 406.377.3396.

Proceeds go to Dawson Community College in order to support student scholarships.  Auction items range from exotic vacation getaways to donated items guaranteed to delight and surprise.  So, tell your friends, family, community. Let the bidding begin!
