All Federal Firearms Rules Apply.  The buyer must be 21 years of age or older to purchase handguns.  An non-local or out-of-state buyer must find a federally licensed firearms dealer who is willing to transfer the firearms.  That dealer will send a copy of their license to Guns N Things and the pistol will be shipped to the dealer who can then complete the transfer to the buyer.  Buyer is responsible for licensing and shipping fees.
