The 2007 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival Auction is coming soon! The online auctions will run from mid-January to February 16, 2007, with the live event taking place on February 25, 2007. The auction items will range from exotic vacation getaways to exceptional wine lots guaranteed to delight and surprise. The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival Auctions benefit Florida International University's School of Hospitality & Tourism Management Teaching Restaurant and its Southern Wine and Spirits Beverage Management Center.
